About the Conference:
Mormonism is a living, evolving tradition. As Reform Mormons, we honor our predecessors while striving to inspire future generations. Our First Reform Mormon General Conference in April went very well, and we are excited to continue this tradition.
The theme for October General Conference is “Making Mormonism Personally Meaningful.” Talks will explore things like sharing personal lived experiences; ordinances and rituals that we’ve personally created to nurture our Eternal Progression; new personal insights and understandings of traditional Mormon principles, scriptural passages, sayings, practices.
How to Participate:
Anyone is welcome to contribute by writing a 10-20 minute talk, record themselves delivering it, and submit it here. The deadline for submission is September 26th, 2025. These talks will premiere on the Reform Mormon YouTube channel during Conference weekend.
If you don’t have your talk written/recorded yet, you may still submit, but make sure to give us your email so that we can reach out to remind you!
Conference Schedule:
- Saturday Morning Session: Premiere of selected talks
- Saturday Afternoon Session: Interactive Zoom discussion about the talks
- Sunday Morning Session: Premiere of additional talks
- Sunday Afternoon Session: Follow-up Zoom discussion
Additional details will be shared on ReformMormon.com/Events as the event approaches.
